In a dependence of the XVth century of the Château la Canière, restaurant Lavoisier pays tribute in famous French Laurent Antoine Lavoisier (1743-1749). It was the founder of the modern chemistry from which collections (in particular its books and instruments) were sheltered in the castle, at the time of the family Bérard de Chazelles, which made build the castle in the end of XIXth century.

The restaurant Lavoisier opens you its doors by inviting you to come to share with your friends, families or colleagues, a real moment of pleasure and delight.
